Charlotte Willett qualified as a Registered nurse 13 years ago from the University of Hertfordshire.
She began her career in intensive care nursing in 1999 and has since worked in various intensive care and high dependency units across the greater London area.
Charlotte started working at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery on the Surgical Intensive Care Unit in 2005 where she soon took the lead in nurse education. She recently graduated from London Southbank University with a BSc(Hons) in Professional Nursing Practice.
Charlotte is currently the lead Clinical Practice Facilitator within the education team in Neurocritical care. Her team are responsible for meeting the training and development needs of nurses on the Neuromedical and Neurosurgical ITUs. She regularly lectures to post-registration nurses on topics relating to Intensive care nursing.
